LUXE is a company that is no stranger to the world of bidet attachments, so why didn’t we have a LUXE Bidet Neo 120 review? With numerous models and offerings, they offer a lineup of bidets that are sure to please nearly anyone on the market for a new bidet.
Bidets are a luxury item that have struggled to catch on in some western cultures. We are on a mission to share the benefits of using a bidet which is everything from monetary savings to health savings.
Today we’re going to look at the LUXE Bidet Neo 120 attachment which is an entry-level model or as we like to call, a bare-essential model. If you need a bidet or were looking to try one out, then this is a great choice due to the price these are available at.
If your interest in a better bidet picks up from here, the possibilities are essentially endless. Let’s jump into our LUXE Bidet Neo 120 review.

Simple, But Effective…
Simple is the word we use to summarize our thoughts in this LUXE Bidet Neo 120 review. As a straight-forward bidet, it offers one or two more features than comparable bidet models (like the Astor Bidet CB-1000).
Like any bidet, you’ll only get a certain level of capabilities in comparison to a bidet toilet seat or bidet toilet.
For the Neo 120, you see you have the switch which opens the bidet valve, which is the bare minimum on an attachment.
There is also a valve that gives you manual control over the self-cleaning mode.
Overall, the Neo 120 is a nice step up from the standard bottom-shelf models.

Functionality
Throughout our LUXE Bidet Neo 120 review, we noticed this bidet lacks a few features in comparison to models like the LUXE Neo 320 or the Boss Bidet (of some of the others on our guide here). The Neo 120 is built for a simple, effective bidet at a price that brings them into the budgets of most households. Some bidets have warm water capabilities.
Many have rear as well as front wash features. However those features are generally the exception for bidets, not the rule.
As for features this bidet has, the stream of the Luxe Bidet Neo 120 has a range of pressure for all users. At first, the stream might catch you off guard as it is rather powerful on the higher settings.
Once you’re ready to begin using this bidet, perhaps do a test run to see what pressure setting is most ideal for you. Our first experience with the stream was that it was in fact very powerful at first.
After two or three uses, we felt comfortable with what pressure amount worked best for us.
There is also a hand-controlled self-cleaning feature on the LUXE Bidet Neo 120, which is a slight upgrade from bidets at this price. Most have an “automatic” self-cleaning feature which doesn’t always lend itself to constant cleanliness.
While the self-controlled cleaning feature probably isn’t a major selling point, it is a nice touch. The nozzle guard gate helps keep the bidet clean and ready to use.
You can also deep clean the Neo 120 bidet by easily moving the gate open and exposing the nozzle.
LUXE also backs up their bidets with an 18-month warranty to prevent any initial breakdowns. A nice touch no doubt and the cherry atop our LUXE Bidet Neo 120 review summary.
Installation
It seems like the LUXE Bidet Neo 120 has some difficulties with fitting to every toilet but we had no problems on our end. While being made to fit all toilets, make sure you have what would be deemed a “standard” US or Canadian toilet.
If you have a toilet that is a bit more obscure or uncommon, you should probably check online to make sure it fits.
We installed the bidet on a Project Source 1.28gpf toilet and it fit perfectly!
Look
We enjoy the look of the bidet overall. For bidets in this class, the controller is sleek and doesn’t look cheap. In fact, we’d say it looks double the price for how this looks.
Have you seen how some cheap bidets look?
The roundness of the controller is almost like a spaceship in its shape. Chrome controller knobs add to the sophistication too, rather than looking like a 1980s appliance.
The plastic on the LUXE Bidet Neo 120 has a matte finish too, we feel this adds to the high-end look the Neo 120 touts.
You can also pick up the Neo 120 with blue labeling (shown above) instead of white if you like as well. Just a bit of variety to help you enjoy your purchase even more.
Our LUXE Bidet Neo 120 Review Final Thoughts
Without a doubt, the LUXE Bidet Neo 120 is a quality purchase as a base-level bidet model. Sure it may not have the best features and it’s stream can be a little startling at first.
But for the areas where it might disappoint, it makes up for in effectiveness, durability, and simplicity. It may not feature a slew of different features and perks but it gets the job done and done well. Which is the whole point, isn’t it?
